Shipping
I try to keep my shipping costs as low as I can! Shipping is calculated by approximate weight and can be more or less depending on a few factors.
Orders can NOT be canceled after fulfillment.
Once I mark your order fulfilled, that means I have already packaged, weighed & purchased the needed shipping label for you order!
If your order is missing or damaged, please contact the carrier first. Once the package goes into the hands of the shipping provider it is no longer my property & I have no power or recourse over what happens after it has been taken by the carrier.
Serenity’s Suds N’ Such is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages!
If you believe your package can be stolen, before your order is fulfilled, you can contact me & I can make your package a Signed Delivery!
I make it my goal to get everyone’s order shipped out as soon as I can! That being said, I am one person as sometimes an order takes a little longer to ship due to a few reasons, which I’ve listed below.
A product you ordered isn’t kept in stock & gets made fresh for you! Sometimes this adds a day or two to the total shipping time.
A product you ordered needs to be packaged or labeled. Sometimes, with certain items I wait until they are ordered to then package and or label, that typically doesn’t add to the shipping time, but just be aware!
The shipping provider is taking longer than usual. The USPS is the most commonly behind when it comes to our order & packages here in the US. Please keep this in mind especially during the holidays & inclement weather!

Return Policy
We do NOT accept ANY returns at this time!
Considering the nature of the products I offer, returns are not an option. Please remember this is not a large company popping out product for pennies on the dollar & getting tax cuts with the help of their attorneys on retainer.
I make everything myself, package everything myself, update this website myself & so on, all. by. myself.
Please read the attached listings for the products you are purchasing and keep the above thoughts in mind!
And please remember, everything I make, will make a great gift! So before doing something with a product you no longer want or that you dislike, offer it to a friend or family member!
If a product appears damaged or defective, please contact me immediately! I will request pictures of the product, and we can discuss how to move forward. If there was a problem or mistake on my end, I may offer a product replacement, either way it will be made right!
Local Pickup
Local Pickup is a great option for folks that live near Crossville, Tennessee!
Please read the instructions and take into consideration the given address for Local pick up at check out, BEFORE completing your order!
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email letting you know it’s ready for pick up! Once again, I try to get everybody’s orders fulfilled as soon as I can,

Before coming to pick up your order, you need to CALL or TEXT me, that way I can make sure we are ready for you!
As of right now, our standard pick up hours are Tuesday~Friday 10-4 if you need to pick up a different day, contact me & we can schedule something that works for everyone!
