All our pet shampoo bars are packed with oat flour, for the amazing soothing abilities. Oats are the underdog of skincare! They soothe the skin tremendously and continue to do so even after being washed off. They help reduce inflammation and protect the skin as well!
~People tested & dog approved! I have personally used these dog shampoo bars on my hair and I love them. I have also bathed my Border Collie, who has sensitive skin, with these and he had no dry skin or complaints!!
Shampoo bars are a wonderful alternative to traditional shampoos! Cleaner ingredients, fewer ingredients and no large plastic bottles.
Ingredients- Saponified Oils & Additives: Lard, Coconut Oil, Goat Milk, Castor Oil, Neem Oil, Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Cedar Essential Oil, Oat Flour, Kaolin Clay.
These bars weigh approximately 5-5.5oz ~ (Weights vary, all bars are cut by hand).
For use, make sure to keep bar out of any water, preferably with a draining soap dish. Keeping water away from handmade shampoo will not only make it last longer, but will assure your bar keeps it shape and solidity.
I make all my soap & shampoo with LYE (Sodium Hydroxide) and quality oils and butters. The oils and butters go through a chemical process when combined with the LYE making soap, basically "eating up" the LYE and making a soap bar that is safe for the skin. All my soap is cured for the proper time, before being wrapped ~ I wrap my soap in a shrink wrap, which provides protection and helps keep the scent nice and fresh!
